Delivery Information

Giatrosofi offers two delivery methods. You can either pick up the products you have ordered from the store or have them delivered directly to your place by a courier company.

For collection from the store

For an unpaid order and collection from the store, the order is reserved for 3 working days, after this period the order is cancelled.
For pre-paid orders and collection from the store, cancellation and refunds are made within 3 working days, as long as a phone call has been made beforehand.

Charges and delivery with a courier company with VAT

• Within the City - Refers to the receipt, transport and delivery of consignments within the City

same city. Shipments within the prefectures of Attica (from P. Attica to P. Attica)

• Ground Destinations – Pertains to the receipt, transportation and delivery of shipments

to Land Destinations of the ACS network.

• Island Destinations – Pertains to pickup, transportation and delivery of shipments

to Island Destinations of the ACS network.

• Hard-to-reach Areas – The areas outside the main city limits of the network

ACS, hard-to-reach destinations are marked and listed on the website
www.acscourier.gr.

*The delivery time is indicative, it concerns working days from the date of departure from Athens and
may vary according to circumstances.

*Free shipping does not apply to Hard-to-reach Areas and (outside Greece)
